So i have RRS SC 2007 and I relay want to put in a new android audio/nav display. Any suggestions on where to get the best fit for my car?

I just picked up a 2006 RRHSE for offroading and also want to swap over the radio, but it sounds like there aren't many options that leave things fully functional?

I found a bluetooth dongle that has a controller on amazon for $20 that I can stick in the aux port, but I would rather pull the radio out and put a new head unit in.

There is a YT video where they made a Pioneer system work with a handful of special cables, but I cant confirm if there is apple car play in the unit
