Default Post engine replacement advice

I am brand new to this forum and I am hoping I can get some direction and tips for my 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE. I bought the car in August 2018 and two weeks later the engine blew. Since then I have been saving and trying to find the right person to do the work and replace the engine. To make a long story short, after 8 months the engine is purchased and installed in the Rover. I had it done by a shop that claimed to have experience in working on Rovers and a friend referred them as well.

I got it back today. It runs completely fine, good power, nice smooth sound, shifts great. Electronics work fine, but I have the following issues:

Every light possible on the display is on, but the car runs fine.
I can’t change the height of the vehicle, the front is on the lowest and the rear appears to be on the highest.
I have warning lights for suspension, brakes, ABS, check engine...etc.

i am not a car person, I am not mechanically inclined but I can usually get to the source of issues, but this is my first Rover and has been a tough road so far. I don’t blame the car or manufacturer, I bought someone’s problem.

Any recommendations would be helpful. It seems the car computer isn’t talking to the new engine, can I reset something. Also, it sat for about 6 months with the battery out.

thanks in advance
Stuart
