Default RRS L320 Gen 1 Tire Thread

Seems there isn't really a single, comprehensive tire thread -- definitely not a stickied thread. If there is, please point me to it.

I have a 2009 RRS S/C (pre-facelift) and a 2009 RRS (pre-facelift) so trying to apply this collective info to both S/C and non-SC... should also apply to LR3.

I'm curious about additions to the above list... what fit your RRS Gen 1? What didn't? what required minor modifications to accommodate? Some tire sizes I'm especially interested in others' experience with:

255/60R20
275/55R20
285/50R20 - may fit without mods on RRS. S required on LR3.

To grab a little attention here's a 2009 4.4L w/ 265/60R18 A/T rubber on OEM LR3 V6 18" wheels.

Hi all,

Just installed BF Goodridge trail terrains 265/70/18 to my 2007 2.7l dsl. The car has 2,5" Land Rover passion lift and rods.

Wheels are 18" ET40 and 30mm spacer installed.

Just as an advise, rubbing from the front to the frontside/rearside plastics and when turned fully rubbing to the chassis metal. When lifted to offroad mode no rubbing... No rubbing from the rear in any mode.

After some minor heatgun mods ans shaving some plastic it's OK now.

Above in offroad mode.

Normal height.

Tama
