Default 2014 Range rover sport Transmission help

Hey guys, im having a minimal issue with my 2014 range rover sport v6 supercharged. Im not sure if this is normal, but the car sometimes very slightly jerks when upshifting during normal cruising. I have a feeling the transmission might need some fluid topped off? Hoping this isnt something serious. Maybe it would be smart to get a transmission fluid change? If you have any thoughts, i would appreciate it. Thanks!!

not yet, still trying to find the answer. My L494's transmission slips very frequently, especially when slowing down to a red light or something. Its annoying.

i got my transfer case serviced and both differentials. I believe it was the transfer case slipping in and out of four wheel drive. It fixed my issue.
