2017 td6 questions, fueling and steering.

can anyone program code a reman steering rack in for me i will pay.
secondly. started with a slew of low pressure codes and limp mode, my friend never changed fuel filter, changed it for him and now i have high fuel pressure code. any help appreciated, read about a potential pigtail and connector recall but could never pinpoint if my friends vehicle was effected. any help appreciated cheers.
