I will be a first time Land Rover owner come mid to late August! I ordered a 2022 RRS a few weeks ago. I got Fuji white with black interior autobiography. I keep second guessing if I should have gotten black exterior instead of the white and have a few days to change my mind but I think I will be happier with the lesser maintenance on the white. Anyone else recently ordered or planning to order? My build date is mid June and delivery mid to late Aug.

 

We have a 2019 RRS with the supercharged v8 and couldn't be happier. Black interior. We chose the yulong white as it has a touch more sparkle than fuji. We love the white exterior. Having owned a few lux class cars over the years we always went with black. For the RR, it didn't need black to set it above the rest. The white really does hide road grime pretty good and when you wash it shines like a gem.

 

Thank you for the response jscott. I spent the whole weekend thinking about the color options, black vs white exterior, fuji vs. yulong. I think you just convinced me that I should change to yulong. Now fingers crossed it doesn't extend our build timeline.

 

you bet. If you can compare each side by side on lot, it will help show the subtle difference. The Yulong will cost about $710 extra.

 

We actually went this weekend to do exactly that! It was really helpful. You are already familiar but I will post the pic we took in case anyone else is looking for a comparison picture of the two; Fuji on the left, Yulong on the right.

 

They both look pretty great to me!

Congratulations on your new order, as for colour, my opinion is, it depends on your usage, if you are going to use it as a Land Rover should be, then a white vehicle does not show the odd scratches sometimes picked up if green landing etc.
I think the Yulong white with a black toof option looks fab.
