Curios, was anything "stripped" from your build?

Nothing on my order was stripped as far as tech specs. One strange thing report, and I'm curious if this is for frcotting as well; due to the chip shortage I only received one key fob and a valley key. I will get the 2nd key fob sometime in the next few months. Apparently it will come through as a "recall" and they will program the 2nd key fob.

I am ordering a 2022, and no matter the trim, SE through SVR, no HUD and no 360 camera - - - I am considering Autob, but my concern is I'll loose some key features w/o the credit. So trending HSE Dynamic.

Yes, for me they omitted the Driver Assist Package, which comes with 360 cameras, adaptive cruise control and high-speed emergency braking. No one at the dealership told me - I only found out that it was missing when I went to pick up the car and compared the sticker to my order specs. When I asked my sales associate about it, he seemed genuinely surprised, but then he tried to convince me that I didn’t need all that stuff anyway. Ultimately I pulled out of the deal, got my deposit back and ended up buying a BMW X5 M50i off the floor. I’m disappointed that the RRS didn’t work out, but I really wanted the options that come with the Driver Assist Package. (By the way, the X5 was about $15k cheaper and had all the options I wanted, except for no touch screen).

did they offer a credit for the missing items? I spoke to my SA and he mentioned the order went in correct, but items were stripped after the build

WOW! I would’ve done the same. I’m pretty sure I got lucky that I still got the 360 camera, HUD and driver assist, I might have been one of the last builds to not get stripped of those. I probably would have passed if they were stripped as well. If I’m paying over $100k, I better get what I want. I feel like $100k car should have HUD standard but for that to not even be an option is crazy.

Or at least provide the credit. Those are "standard options" just removed - even on the SVR!

They didn’t offer me a credit, but at least they didn’t try to charge me for the missing package! I just wish they would have told me about the missing items ahead of time instead making me figure it out on my own.

To me, they should offer a credit - my biggest beef is remove standard options with no price change, e.g. HUD on the auto
