Default Food for thought on liftgate not going up.

If your lift gate will open, but doesn't go up. It could be a weak battery.

We had this issue, and it would lift with the car off. I noticed a battery warning light, and it worked when the car was running. I Charged the battery... boom .. all good.

An unreasonable number of mysteries can be solved by simply charging or replacing the batteries. Good find.
