Default Headlamp issue

Morning all! First off, I apologize for the terrible pic that I'm posting. In the garage... sun coming up... sucks i know. Anywho.... I'm noticing an issue that I haven't noticed before with my headlamps. I've tried to search and do my due diligence.... This is a 2017 RRS diesel turbo... 80kmiles.... A week ago I noticed the light that you see lit up flickering. I'm assuming there is a ground that's causing that issue and from my research I think there seems to be a faulty ground under the wheel well, but now I'm noticing that when I open one of the doors this is the only light that comes on. This is part of the courtesy/puddle lamp stuff I guess, but this is the only light that comes on. Both lamps work when you turn the lights on... both dim and bright, no prob. Aaaaannnd... when the lights are on the string of lights that run along the bottom of the assembly isn't working on that side as well when the lights are on.
So, if I can bother ya'll for some help..... any ideas as to why the drivers side would not come on when a door is open? And can i replace (what looks like) the led's or lights that trim the bottom side of the assembly?

Thanx all in advance.... I havent had time to put my hands on it yet... my baby is about to have a little surgery so it's on the back burner, but I just thought I'd seek advice and narrow down the troubleshooting.
