Default Rotational Thumping Sound

Hi everyone. I recently purchased a 2014 Range Rover Sport 5.0L Supercharged with only 39,000 miles. I recently started to hear a rotational thump noise that is consistent with vehicle speed. It sounds similar to driving a car with flat spots on the tires. It seems like one thump with every rotation of the tire like something has a flat spot. I am almost positive it is coming from the front of the vehicle. I drove it on a lift in the air and can feel and hear the noise under the car. I listened to the wheel bearings, differentials, and transfer case with a stethoscope but all were quiet. I pulled the drain plugs on the differentials and transfer case to inspect the oil. There are no metal shavings or signs of anything wrong. Those fluids were all flushed about 10,000 miles ago as well. The noise will happen at highway speeds and all the way down almost a stop. I tried swerving left and right while driving to see of the noise is more noticeable on one side or the other and it makes no difference. The tires were recently replaced with brand new tires and the noise is exactly the same so I know it is not the tires. I inspected all the rims and none are bent and verified that the tires are balanced correctly. I am thinking maybe the bearings in the right front half shaft support tube that is bolted to the front differential or maybe the center bearing on the rear driveshaft. Has anyone experienced a noise like this and solved it?
