Water pump to oil cooler leaking.

Water pump to oil cooler leaking.
I have tried several times to put in a new water pump and when I add water to the radiator, it just pours out the back of the water pump. There is a tube with O-rings that goes from the water pump to the block. I have replaced the O-rings, but I’m pretty sure this is where the water is leaking. I’m hoping someone can help me in telling me what I am doing incorrectly. Thank you.
