My brother in law recently heard about the Velar he's really thinking about getting one for himself.

For those who own a Range Rover Velar, how much did you pay for yours?

Just over 70K, they don't seem to be negotiating much on this one because it is such a new model.
Tell him to use the "Google Machine" and check out feedback.

Hi! New here. I picked up my 2019 Velar R-Dynamic SE today. Leased. Price, with incentives was $71K.
