Has anyone else had the following issues that range rover insists they cannot recreate?
- back hatch closes without prompt and does not stop when it hits something (someone)
- infotainment center (all displays) lock up and do not reset when the car is turned off. Resets after 4+ hours.
- Differential issues

Have given the dealership video proof of these and range rover insists it cannot be recreated and cannot be fixed.

 

We have a 2018 Velar. Have not had any issues with the rear hatch as you described. We do have on occasion the infotainment screen open up when starting the car but remains black or blank, and when put into reverse the rear camera does not come on. What that occurs and after the car is put back into drive, the screen usually stays black. I have been able to stop and shut down the car and it does usually reset. Sorry to hear of your problems!!

 

Is it possible to try another dealer?
