I would like to replace the leather components of my drivers side door trim. There are 2 pieces in question, one where the door opener is located and the other is the elbow rest.

My question is, would it be possible to buy a complete interior door panel (eBay) and then remove the 2 pieces as mentioned above and replace on my door?

You may ask why? I just purchased my car used and the leather pieces on the drivers side door are quite scratched, as if the previous owner was nursing a dog or something.
