So I took delivery of my 2019 RR Velar R Dynamic this past January and thereafter had several sessions with the dealership’s Genius to familiarize myself with the vehicle’s technology. Since then, a reoccurring issue had to do with spotty connection with my iPod Touch. Issues were everything from not recognizing the iPod when connected via the USB, to it suddenly shutting off (no sound), to shutting down the entertainment system. On a hunch, I connected an older iPod guessing that the iPod Touch was pushing through too much data and the older machine seems to work perfectly with the vehicle’s system. I have noticed similar complaints about the iPod not working well with this system on YouTube and other forums, so I am passing this solution along. Cheers!
