I am new to the Forum. I have a new 2018 Range Rover Velar P380. I have a couple of questions I haven't been able to figure out.
1. The message center on engine start-up displays a view of the seating with a message "Press OK to clear". I don't understand if this is a warning or just information about where the seats are, which I think I already know. :-)

2. We were told that navigation could be voice controlled but now we are finding out it isn't ready for prime time. Anyone else dealing with this problem?
I'll answer my own question. This screen is nothing more than a status screen and soon fads away.
While I'm answering my own question, it appears this forum is hardly used or isn't very popular. I guess I'll try and find another place to share information and to get questions answered.
I have the P250 model.. that start-up screen shows 'red' when someone sits in the seat and doesn't have the seat belt on.. and "green" when they do.. good for knowing if the kids don't have there's on in the backseats..
1. My problem (lately) has been with the XM Radio.. When I start up the car and drive off quickly, the XM won't work.. Solution: turn-on, wait for the start-up screen on the upper nav screen to show.. press it to make it disappear.. and then the XM radio will work (most of the time).. sometimes not (if I'm in a hurry).. I think it has something to do with the latest software update (from the dealer - which I did) but haven't heard if there's a fix..
