04 CDL shifter and cables

Selling an '04 CDL shifter along with the cables and brackets. Only missing item is the pin that attaches the high/low cable end to the transfer case. I removed the interlock solenoid but can include it if the buyer wishes. Cosmetically the assembly has some rust but functionally it works/shifts ok.
I'm new here obviously, I can provide links to other forums where I've sold items in the past if needed. Asking $225 shipped obo. Thanks.

Trades? I have a nice black pull out cargo cover. I'd ship it for free, and pay shipping on the lever. You wouldn't be out any money at all. I also have an ultra gauge that I'd be willing to trade.
