this is really awesome for sale posting. No pictures, no details and the link to your ad states the exact same "no information" that this one does. Somebody didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I agree.. Looks a bit neglected.. Poor landie.. I personally would offer 1200-1500, but I would like anyone in that area to take a look at it first (That actually knows what they are doing) and come back to us here and give us the run down on this vehicle.

The fact that its spent its life in the rust belt doesn't help out much either.

Sorry, but if that 96 is worth 4k then mines worth 8...

Where are the pictures of the interior, headliner, working windows, sunroofs, underneath. Pictures of the major rust points, IE, door jams, along window moldings (rear) hatch, shots of the floor itself, under the carpet etc. 4k for a stock rover of that age is a premium, and the truck better reflect that.

Show it's maintenance records, what kind of gas you use, how often is oil changed (receipts) etc... You say the top end of the engine was rebuilt... exactly what are we talking, heads? Why?

What about the suspension, any sagging? stock? upgraded? if so, when? etc...

I'm not trying to bust your *****, but I buy rovers like this all day long rust free for 2-2500... With any condition issues and the price drops fast. I just sold a 97 SE7 in great shape, for 2500 a couple month ago... new headliner, new sunroofs and only 97k original miles.... Just saying...
