Default 1998 D1 Ready for new home

ok.. was dragging my feet on selling this until I finished the headliner.. got it done, now time to go.
I listed this a few weeks ago with many parts included. Wish I had saved that but I will be adding parts as I remember them.
This is my to/from work and yard waste vehicle and has only let me down when the starter went out - last week. so to start..
New Starter (bosch)
All new shocks
New tower rings (I broke a bolt on old one, not a rust issue)
Front brake replaced (professional installed - bearings well treated)
New radiator
new fan clutch (works perfectly engaging and disengaging - I think that is rare)
swivel joints maintained and lubed
differentials freshened and sealed
Transfer case shifts smooth
both sunroofs work
all windows work
heater is hot and does not gurgle
A/C is cold front and rear (small leak in compressor front bearing but have not had to refresh Freon since discovered last year - New compressor in box waiting to be needed)
Spare full rear seat as replacement leather as needed.
Drivers seat reupholstered with LR material (from another rear seat)
spare front pass seat
parts (as I remember...)
extra.
fan clutch
A/C compressor (new in box)
Mas Air flow sensor
several window motors
door lock actuators
2 ECU's
will add more as I remember parts.
Now the bad..
washers and cruise control are inoperative (washer hoses have not been replaced since I replaced the bumpers with chrome)
The A/C drain on the passenger side was disassembled by a previous owner and there needs to be a fabricated water catcher for the drain to connect to. Since discovered I have not ran A/C to allow the floor mat to completely dry out. Fluid film has been used and the floor pan rust is minimal. I will not add to the problem.
This truck is solid and reliable. I wish this truck to be in the hands of one who will make it what it deserves. That is a higher priority than $'s to me...
I think the first $4000. will get everything INCLUDING THE TRAILER if wanted.
This is not a truck to be compared with the broken down - poorly maintained mystery mess that can be bought for much less so please understand if I hold to that number.
