I have a 1998 Land Rover Discovery for sale. I have owned the car for almost 2 years. I inherited an F-150 and I have decided to sell the Disco. I daily drove the Disco up until April. It has been sitting but has been cranked on occasion by my father. It will need work to be a daily driver again or it would be an excellent parts car. It has almost new AT3 tires in the back and less than 1,000 mile AT2 General Grabbers on the front. The roof rack has sold but the rear ladder has not. No rust that I know of aside from a little bit of surface rust on the exhaust pipe. Was used as a daily driver and farm truck until I got another vehicle. It starts right up. Missing 1 lug nut from the front right wheel. Sunroofs leak and will need to be sealed with silicone or replaced. No headliner. Transfer case will not go in to low. But high still works just fine and with the dif lock I have never needed low. No horn. Runs a little warm if you use the A/C but does not run hot with the A/C off (the A/C does work though). Fresh oil and filter. It does leak P/S and brake fluid a little bit. I usually top them off about once a month. DOES NOT LEAK OIL. Still a strong engine and transmission. Diff lock works great off road. Interior is worn but not bad aside from the missing headliner. I have this same posting on craigslist. Car is located in Columbia, SC. Price is 1200 obo.
