**It is rare because it is not the standard for that car. Usually it has 2 cargo storage bins in the rear instead of the fold out jump seats. The two rear seats are also why it has that rear hydraulic step to assist passengers getting in and out of the back. It is a nice feature because you can comfortably seat 7 adults.
