300TDI discovery 2 for sale 75,000 miles on conversion (125,000 total) with 5-speed and CDL. It has a new 2 inch lift with discolation cones. There are also full gauges, a full width intercooler, safari guard armor, tube bumper with driving lights, and all recent maintenance including timing belt and seals and brakes. All due respect, even as nice as you D2 looks, you are far out of range. Might I suggest you start at 10k on ebay motors and MAYBE you will get a bite.

Given all the diesel conversion threads I've seen started on this forum that vanish soon after the truck has been torn apart, I'd say he should be congradulated on actually getting one running. Plus, I imagine it cost way more than $18k to build it. For someone that has to have a D2 diesel with a manual transmission, that's a good deal.

The last shop I talked to seriously about doing a 300TDI conversion for me said $12K *might* get it done.

I think you'll sell it for close to what you want.

The TD5 conversion was $15K+
