Will check those parts for you today. I know the drivers side lenses are ok. Passenger side may be cracked. I do not have a roof rack and it is not equipped with headlight washer?

 

Horn relay? (in the passenger side fuse block in the engine bay).

Yes it is bent. May be fixable by a good fabricator. No idea if it fits a 2003
