A Hi Country Off Road swing away spare tire carrier. The carrier has mounting locations for a Hi Lift jack and a place for a jerry can, or anything else you would like to put in it's place I suppose.
I thoroughly cleaned the carrier when I received it and freshly coated it with bedliner. Roller bearings and seals are brand new Timken brand units.
It's designed to conform to the rear window of the D2 and the arm seen hanging in the back in the picture attaches to the spare tire was originally mounted on the rear door. So that it swings away by itself when you open the hatch.
