I have a 2002 Land Rover Discovery for sale , I bought this from craigslist a month or so ago and we loved it , I got it for my daughter to drive back and forth in Michigan winters to school (college) 17 miles each way from our home. I live in Marcellus Michigan. I thought it would be cheaper then spending the money on dorms there. After 4 weeks of driving and 6 tanks of gas 24 gallons each time I now know that I will not be able to afford to keep fuel in this truck. My loss someone's gain they say. It has a couple of loose trim parts on exterior I have some 3m tape and plan on fixing these . It has 3" terra firma lift and aftermarket ARB bumper. It has a Smittybuilt winch and Hella off-road lights , also has custom rock sliders. Everything works like it should, all lights ,windows, seats, air all work good .This truck had heated windshield new but has been replaced and is no longer in the truck. I could only get the cruise to work sometimes and the rear moon roof hangs up at times I was told but I have not tried it yet. I bought this one because it just had 6995 in new head gasket and water pump work done to it in July of 2014 I have the receipt for the work . It has 5 Nitto Terra gripper tires in very good shape 80% tread. The headliner is sagging in a few spots. The driver seat shows a little wear but not bad. This truck does not have the 3rd row seats. It has also just had all new tie rods and steering shaft and alignment . It drives great I would keep it if I could but I have to have something better on gas for her to drive. I averaged it out and I think it is getting about 12mpg. There are no lights on at all . The 3 amigos lights were fixed. Has new drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads also and original brakes will come with as well. I am new to Land Rover ownership , I did read the fuel mileage was bad before purchase but I was not prepared for how bad it is. This truck has 114,000 miles and the work was done to the head gasket and water pump at 107,000 according to the receipt. There is no rust or body damage at all .
