I'll be as forthcoming and honest as I can here. Selling this truck to buy something more practical since I have an 18-month old at home, and just found out the right head gasket has a leak.
The Good:
The body and interior are in great shape. It's silver with black interior and has 123k miles on it. I have put $3,357.18 into it. It has four brand new (less than 6k miles on them) Hankook Dynapro 50k tires. I've replaced all four O2 sensors, passenger front ball joints, and a new water pump. I even bought a new key fob for it, but it would need to be programmed. It runs super quiet and the transmission is smooth. Brakes are new, and I put a new water pump on it back in Oct or Nov.
The Bad:
The driver door lock is not operating with the central lock system or the key. I have 2 used lock acuators which I would give you if you buy the truck. I was currently in the process of trying to diagnose and fix the issue.
Heat from the cat converter caused some damage to the frame (small area). I had a welder put new c-channel in place over a weak spot, which appeared to have been caused by heat from the cat converter. The rest of the frame and under carriage checked out fine by this welder and a mechanic.
The front sunroof has a small leak, was planning on fixing when I redid the headliner (was planning on doing that this summer).
I had the system pressure tested and the right head has a leaky gasket.
I don't have the time or money to put into this truck, so I thought I'd post it here. Like I said, to the best of my knowledge those are the issues.
