Will 2003 Discovery 1 bumpers fit and work on a 2002 Discovery 2?

Will 2003 Discovery 1 bumpers fit and work on a 2002 Discovery 2?
My Discovery sustained some damage to the left rear bumper and the from right during this horrible winter. Will the rear and front bumpers from a 2003 disco 1 fit AND work?
