2006 LR3 HSE part out

Be careful dealing with this guy. He is mostly a moron. He bought a motor from me and I shipped it to him. When the motor arrived something had fallen on it and cracked the valve cover. No other damage, that's it. He freaks out and refuses the shipment. Calls us and says it was damaged by the freight company and he refused it. We tell him we are sorry and will refund his money as soon as it gets back. He says that's fine. Sounds alright on the phone. Less than an hour later he files a claim with paypal, freezes all the funds. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from this idiot.

I have been doing this for 13 years, full time for 10. Not exactly a rookie. I have shipped hundreds of motors and had exactly 3 damaged. From the pictures I got from you something either fell on this or it was bumped by a fork lift. Nothing wrong with how it was packed. I did drain the oil, of course some oil came out if the valve cover was broken and it was knocked over. I'm not bad mouthing you because you're "competition" but because I had a bad experience with you and your total lack of business sense or class. Protecting the community from bad apples like you is an important function of these forums.
I'm sorry is said you were mostly a moron. I take it back. You are a King-Hell-Grand-Dragon-Giant Moron.
