I have a great running non leaking 4.0 Gems engine out of a 1997 Range Rover 4.0se. It is a complete running engine. No smoking, burns no oil and no leaking. It can come with all the belts, pulley's and accessories if you want. Make me a fair offer or may be willing to trade for a beat up rover, any make or model, running or not.
