Have a very nice 04' 4.6 block that I'm thinking of getting ride of. It is in great condition, I'm the orginal owner and it has never been overheated. No sleeve issues prior to removal which was for low oil pressure. Not sure of the value but I'm thinking about $500.00. It would be for pick up only and I'm in the Chicago Area. Was keeping it in case my 03" engine blew but just sold her yesterday so if someone is interested let me know. This is some piece out of a scrap yard and actually sitting next to me in my office.
