Alright cool, how do you install? Do I just line them up with the old wheel arches and drill the holes through and connect the nuts or do I cut the old arches and this just hangs over? I've never installed flares before.
Line it up mark it cut it and then install. It's quite a bit of cutting and 3.5" would probably look funny with anything narrower that a 12" tire
I have never installed fenders.
But I think Jake is right. To the best of my knowledge, these REQUIRE the fenders to be cut a little. And when I taped them up, I thought that a little trimming of the plastic will be neccessary right at the break in the flares where the rear doors open to get a clean fit.
Also, the pictures (taped up) show the disco with 285 75 R16 tires on stock 7" rims. Originally they also had 1.5" aluminum spacers which I removed and the fenders would still have been overkill.
