needs a head gasket I got it all tore down and cant get the heads loose! Reply fast or it may just end up in the scrap yard because im tired of racking my brain for ideas a to how to get the heads off

 

What do you mean, can't get the heads loose? How bad can it really be.

 

I'm not trying to belittle your problem but I hate to see you give up on you'r disco over a stuck head. I just went and looked at your other posts so I see no one understood the problem you are having. Disco mike thought you were refering to a stuck mechanical component on your head not the head itself. Are you sure you got all the head bolts out, there is one on each end of the head under the valve cover that is recessed into the head pretty deep, they tend to get buried in sludge so you can't see them.
If you are still determined to unload the disco drop me a line, I may be interested, but I'd rather see you fix it. Andy

I found the bolt I was missing in the front of the head, but I had the heads checked and they both had pinholes and are leaking internally. So the offer still stands. I am located in Williamsport, Pa (northcentral Pa). The body, rest of drivetrain, and most electrical parts are good if anyone is interested contact me. I would like to sell as whole vehicle.
