99 D2 235k miles NEED TO SELL BEFORE 6/21/20

Fs: $900 obo 99 d2 need to sell before 6/21/20
***NOT FOR SALE ANYMORE***
Located in Auburn NY.
I'm unfortunately selling my D2. Looking to get 900 OBO I bought it for 2300 and put about 1500 into parts and work. I'm just looking to get close to what I bought it for. the 900 is definitely negotiable.
The Good:
-I'm only the 3rd owner
-PA vehicle
-Brand new tires with less than 6k miles on it
-new front brake rotors and pads (pads from previous owner)
-replaced xyz switch with used one with less mileage
-New front wheel bearings
-New coolant top hose
-Heated and power seats work great
-starts relatively easy
-retrofitted 4wd shift and linkage (shifts into 4 lo ok)
-most of frame is in great shape for the age.
-previous owner claims it has a 4" lift
-OME shocks and steering stabilizer
-complete owners manual is included
The Bad:
-Will not pass inspection (I'm from PA and living in NY so I got around it haha)
-Rough Idle at lights and feels like it misfires when driving (no check engine light)
-Blew a brake line recently (not as I was driving, luckily)
-Pretty bad rot on the rear frame
-Flat spare (as it should be)
-3 amigos lights
-small leak coming from the top of the gas tank
-rear sunroof doesn't work
I really loved this truck. I bought it as my first car in December 2019. I needed something cheap for my internship in NY for this semester of school. It ran unbelievably great as a daily driver the first 4 months of owning this. I just absolutely was so proud of it. No major issues, just small repairs here and there. Unfortunately the month of May has not been too kind to it. The rain got to the BCM ( I since sealed the sunroofs) and I had to get it reset. The truck started idling rough 2 weeks ago. It would idle kind of low at lights and start to feel like it would misfire now and then when driving, however, no check engine light came on. Then recently the brake line blew in the parking lot of my apartment complex. Its pretty depressing. This is a solid truck but age is just getting the best of it.
I babied this truck as much as I could. I never once beat on it. It's just with age its becoming too much for me to keep it going as a daily driver. I don't have the time or know-how for the more serious problems. Plus its pretty stressful having to keep fixing it. If you have the know-how and resources to make this into a daily driver I highly recommend this. Its a solid truck. It feels as loyal and trustworthy as an old dog. It's unfortunate I just can't keep it.
I would like to sell this before I have to go home so I am more than willing to negotiate. Meanwhile, enjoy the pictures of "Earl" (yes I named
