This has been rented out several times now and is again back at the shop waiting for another trip out.

You can find it at ABS Amigo V1 USB - Discovery II - RENTAL - Tools

If it is listed in stock, it is available. Once someone rents it, it goes out of stock until it is returned in good working condition.

It is pretty magical.

You plug it into the OBD port and it reads and saves any stored or active codes relating to the braking system. It then clears the codes. After that is done you plug the device into your computer to access the codes. That is it. You need to repair/replace/fix the issues that are causing the codes.
