I’ve unfortunately been trying to get rid of my disco. It’s been costing me a fortune and keeps getting worse. I’ve put a few thousand in it after buying it used and now I’m having transmission problems. The M S light keeps popping up on the dash and the tranny is leaking pretty good. Not sure cost to fix or even how to. Everything is pretty new and works great except these issues.

One thing I’m not is a salesman. Everything is new now except tranny and the ms light popping up is the only thing wrong with it. Taking the best offer for it

The black straps were there when I got it from my dad. They are to help secure the hood down. I guess the battery had died and keys were locked in the car or something so someone had to go through the grill to get the hood open. I believe the hood latch cable was removed.
Bit like I said it doesn’t always run great. It has an issue with an MS light popping on and not letting the disco get out of third gear. It has 196000
