Default BAK-PAK-RAK and RTT EXPO Racks

I was commissioned by Bill @ArmyRover to make him a dual vehicle use BAK-PAK-RAK to be used on both his D2 and 110.

I made another version, which is similar to the old KVT rack as well. This will be my standard for this rack. The leg hoops are stationary. I will also get started on a LO-PRO Expo RTT rack this week as well.

These racks are made by myself with 1" x.083" HREW. All joints are notched and fully welded out. I use a clamp style mount vs. the standard pinch clamps I see most use. They are made from 3/16 and 1/8" material.

I love custom one off work, so as the company name indicates.. TRAIL-TAILOR.. I will build most anything within reason for you. Just PM me with any inquiries.

BAK-PAK-RAKs are $400.00 shipped bare metal.

Thanks,

Jason

Bills Rack on his D2 in the first picture. Some may have seen this at Rover on the Rocks recently.

Added a LO-PRO rack to the product line. For those not using your sunroof(s), I can drop a little more.

Tomorrow I will start the EXPO/RTT version.

Still need to finish the crossbars, tie downs and light tabs.

Outstanding. It's got a great look with out being clunky or too tall. What's your price?

After a few critiques from a few other guys I'm going to change the front tubes a bit. Should have them re-worked tomorrow and on to the other rack.

Price........ once I get everything down I'm hoping to be in the 650-750 range bare metal.
