This is a factory stainless steel tire cover from landrover. The outer ring is stainless steel, the ceneter cover is black simulated carbon. I bought this part from Rovers North which was special ordered from the U.K. I sold my truch and never installed it. The part is brand new, still in all it's original wrapping.
