We have a scratch n dent Radiator for sale for your 1999-2004 Discovery 2 with Secondary Air. This is the PCC000710
You can see from the photos that it is missing 1 of the 2 bottom nipple mounts. These mounts really are not necessary as the radiator bolts to the shroud frame anyways up top. This can be used with a non-SAI truck, you will just need to find a proper sized bolt/plug to thread into the exposed hole on the bottom where the sensor normally goes.
