Its just a saying a coworker used to say about talking to my boss. He said its like talking to a sausage. Just visualize a giant sausage when you're talking to someone. Its like saying "talking to a brick wall", only funnier.

Then again, this same coworker used to say things would stick out "like a bloody turd in a bowl of milk" so...................... maybe he was a little off. LOL.
