Amazing fuel economy for a heavy vehicle (30-33 mpg) about 7/100km's highway. Been my daily driver for the past two years. Fun to drive. Effortless in the deepest of snow.
Some areas that need attention: both front windows need to be glued to the window mechanism (closed for now), will need break pads at rear. Rear back up light bulbs. Leaks from the sunroofs-stopped up temporarily with winter duct tape-common on these discoverys-to permanently fix, will need new seals. Very minor rust. Small hole in drivers side floor will eventually need attention. Water pump may be causing air to enter the cooling system. No combustion leak detected (I used a two chamber combustion leak tester-negative result)
Reason for selling: Although I have enjoyed working on this disco, I dont have much evening and weekend time to keep on top of these minor tweaks. This vehicle is perfect for someone with some mechanical skills and free weekends for the occasion work on it. This disco would look great lifted 1-2"

yes the price is in CDN. new water pump is on the way, I'm going to install it. also on the way is a new rocker cover gasket, expansion tank cap, core plugs (I removed the easiest core plug to install the block heater last fall, but the casting of the cylinders did not allow the heater element to fit, had to install it behind the turbo therefore the old plug could not be reused. I have a rubber plug which is fine for now but it is better to have an actual plug put in) also on the way is a new pulley tensioner.
