I don't know if it's a troll or not. Usually, bogus ads don't give specific town locations. Averill Park, NY isn't a big town. Also, I just pulled the ad up on one of my phone apps only to discover a more recent ad (posted 8 hours ago) with a new price of $350. I guess he's figured out the initial price was too low given all the responses.

I received this response from the seller this morning.
I'll agree with Paul's sentiment that this was likely a case of not knowing what he had, or that the market response drove his price up. I'm about 10 minutes away from Averill Park until Friday if anyone wants a set of actual eyes on this thing. Assuming that the seller responds more quickly then the first time around.

He was probably inundated with responses over the weekend, decided yesterday to raise his price and today is finally answering questions. He better be careful he doesn't price himself out of the market.
