Default Discovery 1 Battery/Starter/Alternator Cable Set

New set of all large cables for battery, starter and alternator.

All cables made from welding cable with top quality lugs and adhesive lined heat shrink tubing for strain relief and protection from the elements. Also encased in wire loom for additional protection.
Battery cables have enough extra length to allow for batteries that have different post locations.
Quality crimped connections (starter cable at battery shown).

Kit includes:
A - Battery to Chassis Earth - 1 gauge
B - Battery to Body Earth - 4 gauge
C - Battery To Starter - 2 gauge
D - Alternator to engine compartment fuse box - 6 gauge*
E - Battery to engine compartment fuse box - 6 gauge*
F - Mil-spec positive terminal
G - Mil-spec negative terminal
Not shown, but included, starter to chassis earth (long enough to connect at battery earth point) - 2 gauge

*Made from heavy duty welding cable that allows higher amperage size for size than normal welding cable. Will support up to 200amp alternator with minimal volt drop.

Complete set $170 + $5 or $10 (depending on where you are) shipping USPS priority CONUS
(Price subject to change to reflect changes in the price of copper)

Other cables #6-4/0 available by request. Specify length, bolt size and load requirements.

make me a D2 set that can handle 240amp's and i'm in.

yeah. i am looking at 230 and 240 but the toughest thing to find is a VSR that will handle it, im basically looking at RV and boat setups.... i have 6 100 watt lights 4 50 watt lights and my winch and i want to put a hot water heater in for a shower. dual marine batteries. i need like 0 guage everywhere.... ughh... what a mess

hey tom,
would you be interested in making me a pair of battery cables (both negative and positive) with a pair of terminals?
