I bought the kit for a D2 but decided not to use it because I had too much trouble getting part of the case off (and I'd replaced the filter 5 yrs ago anyway).

It is this piece, still in its bag (although I cut the bag open to make sure everything was there):

I've still got the box it came in and will send via ups, lower 48, to whoever first sends me their address, although FYI it may be several days before I can ship it.
