I might be able to offer about $1200, but the front bumber worries me a bit.. Could I get some pictures of the undercarriage and around the wheels (Back side of the wheels, including around the suspension?) Also, could I get some images of the defects? I am assuming you are in Arkansas based on what I can see of the plates?

I will consider it, but it would help to have the pictures I requested before.. The more pictures the better. But I am concerned about the oxidation and general condition of the front bumper.. Perhaps the pics will change my mind about that too.

Edit: Interior pics too, please? Is this a 5 speed Auto or 5 speed manual?

My brother might be able to make an offer, let me ask one thing.. What is the lowest amount you could possibly go and feel is a fair deal? My brother is now out of the Active Army and needs a car soon, since his wife took everything of his while on his last deployment. I think $1000 is fair considering the amount of oxidation and other possible shortcomings, but he can go as high as $1200 feel free to contest this or agree. Let me know and I will pass the word along to him.

A few things, The cruise and ABS have absolutely nothing to do with each other, more likely a bad vacumn hose on the cruise vacumn lines.

The CDL being stuck is also common problem just be sure it is not stuck locked or that is really bad.
