Default VSS - Vehicle Speed Sensor Wire in Discovery II

I'm looking for the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) wire in my 2003 Discovery. Any idea where it's located? I've been told it's not located in the same position as in the Discovery I.

Thanks,

-Duke

I believe you will find the D2's don't have a VSS like the D1's did. Why are you looking for it?

I think there is a vss integrated in the tranny, but the D2 primarily uses the ABS hub sensors for speed.

Ok, despite the 150,000 VSS threads I'm somehow not finding what I need. I am hooking up a TerraTrip 202plus rally computer and I need to access the VSS wire to send a signal to the Terra. I tried coming off of the ABS sensor but could not get a signal. Can anyone advise the easiest location to tap into the VSS wire please?

If you care, the PDF for the Terra is here (page 20, 15.4 fig 4):
