Be interested to see how this works out...CL find in Dallas

I will have to say however that is a very nice looking LE D2. D1/D2's are 4-5K LR's unless it's a unique model like the Kalahari, G4, Trek, Westminster, LE, 50th Anniversary, La Ruta Maya, or XD then they'll go for a little more money.
All of my LR's I paid a bit more than KBB because all of my LR's are in excellent/near mint condition. There is truth to the saying you get what you pay for, but 12K is truly on the top end of that scale. That is something that is getting harder and harder to come by. Not sure what is going on up in the Dallas area, but I have no plans of buying anything up there.
There was a clean white 04 D2 in Tyler for sale for around 4.9K that looked nice. 04 Land Rover Discovery II
Here is a 14.9K 2000 D2 in Houston.... 2000 Land Rover Discovery Series II w/Cloth SKU:239638 SUV

It always kills me when someone has some sort of limited edition disco that is somehow magically worth $10k than a regular one. Guess what, its not. Disco 2s are only "rare" because the engines die and send them to a junkyard.
