Thanks for your inquiry handsome rob. The seats are in a typical NAS discovery, and it has AC,so I think the answer isyes on the ac part. Price I was thinking around the $500 area plus shipping. I just got it home last night in a snow storm,and have not had time to take a good look at it.I am of to England on Monday for a Land Rover gig, Today I have to get fire wood so that the wee woman can kept worm while I am away, and I have to fix an exhaust leak on my disco so that she has something to drive when I am gone SO no time for LR parts.Mybe we will talk when I get back
