I have a couple of sets of Thule High Foot and Ultra High Foot gutter mount roof racks for sale. Either set will attach to the gutters on a Discovery and extend up and over the roof line. I also have two 60" load bars.

 

What are you asking for the sets?

I have one set with locks which are the Thule model Super High Gutter Foot Pack 953. New they sell for $219 w/o locks. Mine have locks and I'll sell them for $100.

The other set I have are not even offered by Thule any longer. I'll attach a picture for you. Same price $100 for the set.

They arrived on Friday. Installed them yesterday with my 58" load bars.

 

Good deal. I'm happy that they're getting used. I still have that other super heavy duty set if you know someone looking for the extreme load limit. And I have a set of 58" bars too.
