You'll find a buyer faster with pix of engine, or a short video clip with it running, driving, etc. Also it would be good to post your approximate location. There is a lot of space between Pretoria, Peoria, Perth, and perhaps Patagonia.
How much time has gone into the build?

It's an OBD2 vehicle so any check of the emissions will fail. Most states require this, and check it by plugging into the OBD port and searching for codes.
On the plus side, that rear bumper should really help the departure angle.

So if it was in a older Land Rover it wouldnt be an issue though right?
Im just trying to figure out how people get away with engine swaps in new vehicles if it wont pass because of that. I know a guy here in Kansas City with a diesel in his D1, and its legal. Is there a huge difference between the D1 and D2 in this aspect? (sorry, I dont understand the computer side of these truck)

It has a lot to do with what state you live in and how much the garage cares about emission laws lol. Where I live...knock on wood, they don't even pull your wheels. You pull in check the horn the wipers the lights $13. Later and your back on the road free and clear with a new sticker. We have a special garage that we use just for inspections for that very reason...is it the safest and eco friendly...no, but at least we passed
