I have owned this vehicle since Nov. 2007, this is my second Discovery and I'm sad to see it go. It has been driven up and down the East Coast, on most trips 2 hours or more I consistently get about 14 mpg and around town I get about 12mpg. I have only used Premium (91-93) fuel while filling up and been fairly consistent with oil changes and tire rotations. It has the winter package, heated front glass, and heated front seats: both work very well and come in handy if you live in New England.

Mechanical Repairs: Replaced Exhaust Manifold Gaskets on both sides, Oil change done on (07/01/11), both Head Gaskets replaced (12/22/10). Jan of 2010 Plugs and Wires replaced with Magnecor wires and Bosch plugs (OEM).

Additional: Vehicle comes with Safety Devices Safari Rack wired with 4 auxiliary lights on the front and 1 work light on the back (all 5 lights are in working order). The front lights on roof rack are Hellas (they include covers), 2 in the middle are driving lights and the 2 outside are fog lights. The rear light is a standard work light from any auto parts store (great for backing up late at night or unloading at night). The front lights are wired with two OEM Land Rover dash switches. It also comes with a rear ladder to access rack (after market from RoverRacks.com in FL).
Roof Rack is very sturdy and surprisingly quiet while highway driving (bonus: no whistle noises from the front lights!) Replaced the plastic horn buttons as the factory buttons break after several years on the road (Custom Rover Accessories).

Thanks for the comment. I forgot to include in the description that both front brakes discs, and pads have been replaced (June 2011).

If you are interested in just the rack with wired lights let me know, I can take off and sell separate.
